Sixth Gear Club is run by D.A. Questions: hello@sixthgear.club.
What we collect
Your email address, country, city or region, your preferences for cars and use, and the balance you choose in the calculator. We don't use tracking cookies.
Why
To contact you about the club and to form groups around cars that suit their members. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it's stored
Your details are kept in a database with our hosting provider Cloudflare, in a Western European data centre, under a data processing agreement.
How long
We keep your details for up to 24 months after you sign up, or less if you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your details and withdraw consent via hello@sixthgear.club. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
